Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were a bit on the small side and showed signs of age with outdated furniture, but they were clean. On the upside, the friendly and attentive staff, especially Patricia and Martin, made my stay enjoyable. Free strong Wi-Fi throughout the hotel was also a great perk.
My stay at this hotel was truly a mixed experience. On one hand, the room was exceptionally big for a family room and conveniently accessible from the pool. On the other hand, it was a bit disappointing to find a tiny shoebox room with no balcony as stated on my booking.
The hotel rooms were quite like the pictures you see advertised, offering a quiet stay with a bit tight on space but great for ensuring early sleeping. Unfortunately, the reception desk service was stern and unhelpful, making it the least welcoming experience in Majorca I've had.
The Catalonia Majorica was not a place where I felt I could relax due to the lack of cleanliness and light in the room. The rooms were too small for 2 adults, a child, and an infant, making the week's stay quite uncomfortable. Despite some friendly staff, the outstanding service did not make up for the inconvenience of a noisy waste pipe running down the inside of the wardrobe. Although the location was great, close to town and attractions, the overall experience fell short of expectations for a 4-star hotel, leading me to decide not to return or recommend it to friends.
My stay at the hotel was mixed. The room was a bit disappointing as it was a tiny shoebox with no balcony, but the bathroom was spacious and the beds were comfortable. On the bright side, the view over Palma was nice.
The hotel rooms were very comfortable with excellent air conditioning, but Tea and coffee making facilities were missing. The balcony was a nice addition, and the overall room size was good for a cozy stay. Access to the pool could be more convenient, but the room had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.
The hotel offered a perfect balcony view of the port but lacked cleanliness and sufficient light, making it hard to relax. The service was inconsistent when it came to payments, but the staff were friendly and helpful. The location had easy access to the port for boat trips, but it was a bit off the center with limited nearby amenities. The dining experience provided a good standard of food with a daily repeating menu. The facilities were adequate but had some disrespectful aspects towards other guests.
My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered great views. The service was excellent, with attentive staff. The location was perfect, close to a shopping center and with easy access to sightseeing and nightlife. The dining options were varied and delicious. Overall, a fantastic experience with great value for money.
The hotel offers modern, clean rooms that are great value, though a bit cramped for a Twin Room. The service was lovely overall, with a few hiccups at the beginning of the stay. The location is convenient for some activities but lacks proper upkeep. The dining experience, though good, can be a bit expensive. The facilities provide basic amenities but nothing extraordinary.
I had a mixed experience at Catalonia Majorica. The hotel offers nice balconies and big beds, but the lack of cleanliness and light in the room made it hard for me to relax. I don't think it's worth the price for a supposed 4-star hotel, so I won't be returning or recommending it to friends.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a great view of the Marina, although the air conditioning had issues. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is convenient for sightseeing and has a beautiful terrace for drinks and food. The dining options were varied but slightly pricey. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few minor drawbacks.
What a mixed experience at this hotel! The rooms offered breathtaking views with two balconies, although the soundproofing was seriously lacking. Paying extra for a sea view was worth it, but be prepared for noise disturbances.
